Unlike Managed Service Providers, we don't force you to fit into a single technology architecture. Our team of seasoned technology professionals will develop a standardized yet personalized architecture with secure and reliable technologies.
We then work with you to develop a road map to migrate you from your current technologies to your new technical architecture, balancing the effort required to maintain your current technologies with the cost of moving to the new architecture.
Over the course of the migration, we provide on-going technical support via our SMB Advisor Help Desk, including helping to educate your staff on basic technology troubleshooting and best practices so that you can keep your support costs low.
Application and IT Support Services
We support all of our technology solutions via our SMB Advisor Help Desk, a knowledge base of best practices and answers to frequently asked questions about the tools and technologies in Our Toolbox. (Note if you are not a customer you will not be able to see all of the available libraries. A self-support subscription is available if you just want access to the knowledge base.)
If you've already migrated to the technologies in Our Toolbox, you can minimize your support costs by first trying to resolve the problem yourself by searching our knowledge base. If you can't find the solution you need in the knowledge base, you can:
Bookkeeping Support Services
When you leverage our highly integrated and automated accounting solutions, there isn't much actual bookkeeping work to do. This allows you and your accountant to spend more time on understanding your passion and helping you to optimize your business.Thus our services are really more "support services" enabling you or your team to do most of the bookkeeping on your own, and freeing up critical resources to drive better business results.
We do not provide bookkeeping or tax services, but we do have strong relationships with many local and regional CPAs and work with them to coordinate services. In this role, we often act as a "accounting and tax translator", helping you understand the implications of different accounting decision options--particularly how they impact the way your accounting solutions needs to be configured. Once you decide on a course of action, we work with your chosen CPA to adjust your bookkeeping and financial reports as needed to meet their needs for compliance and tax reporting, as well as your needs for business insights.

When making decisions or implementing projects, some people just want information that is relevant and accurate, or instructions on how to do it. Some people want someone to bounce ideas off of and validation that they are moving in the right direction. And some people want to be hand-held through the entire processes. When you work with us, you choose the level of service that is right for you. Here are our primary levels of service:
Transparent Team Work and Collaboration
Our Intraprise Teamwork site allows you to request and coordinate task execution with our team. You can also e-mail service requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our Service Coordinators will help ensure the work gets scheduled and completed.
Each teamwork coordinator from your office has their own service and teamwork portal login where they can see the current status of your support and service requests. (Current clients: please check with your Account Executive if you have not received your login information.)
